What it is

This "moisturizer of all moisturizers" combines skin-conversant ingredients with a lipid-based, smart delivery system to absorb without irritation. Most traditional moisturizers are designed to simply trap moisture at the surface of skin and superficially moisturize it. Topical C on the other hand moisturizes skin and delivers vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate – an ester formed from ascorbic acid and palmitic acid to create a fat-soluble form of vitamin C) and barrier protective nutrients to where your skin needs them the most.

Tips:
- Use as a nighttime deep moisturizer. Some may find it too heavy for use as a daily moisturizer. Ideal for daytime use in dryer climates or when your skin needs extra hydration.
- Use post chemical peel or laser treatment to help speed skin recovery.
- Use to help soothe and calm chapped lips, cuts, burns, scrapes and scratches
- Do not apply to the eye area. Too close of contact with the eyes may result in stinging or irritation.

I live in Colorado where it's pretty dry so this is great. I usually make a mixture of one pump this plus two pumps balancing moisturizer in the winter and it's perfect but I can see how more humid climates or oily skin might not like it.
